To print the PDF of the agreement and the new customer packet, please follow these steps:
1. Click “Start Filling.”
2. Answer the required questions.
3. On the third page, select “Preview PDF” to print the agreement. There is a down arrow that will allow you to download or print the PDF forms.
4. The Welcome New Customer packet is also on the third page; click the printer icon to print or the arrow to download a copy.
